Delete your account

• Sign in at app.vectorjsos.ai, or open the Vector app on Android.
• Open Settings and find Your data.
• If you might want anything later, press Download my data first.
• Press Delete my account, type DELETE, and press Delete everything.

The confirmation lists what is removed: your profile, strategy, DNA and uploaded documents; every role, pursuit, application, interview and offer; your contacts, dossiers and the notes and messages with your coach; and your devices, calendar feed and browser extension connection. Your subscription is canceled and you’re signed out on every device as soon as you confirm. Your data is then erased, normally within minutes and always within a day. It can’t be undone.

If your account is a coach or staff seat on a coaching firm’s team, the firm removes it. Ask the firm, or write to us.

Write to info@vectorjsos.ai from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Vector account”. We may ask you to confirm it’s you. You don’t need to install anything or sign in to ask.

How long anything is kept after an account is deleted, including backups and payment records, is set out in section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
