- Nothing about you is shared with any company until you say yes.
- BPOs see a card without your name: your country and city, languages, assessment level and band, typing speed, the shifts and kinds of work you want, your experience, and when you can start.
- Only a company you accept learns your name and how to contact you. If you decline, it never does.
- Nobody else sees you: not the public, not the companies BPOs work for.
- Your spoken answers are turned into text by our speech provider. Vector doesn’t keep the recordings.
- You can stop sharing at any time. From then no new company sees your card, and your result link stops working.

- Who is it for?
- People in Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico and El Salvador who do, or want to do, customer support, technical support, sales, collections, back-office or AI data work. You don’t need experience to join.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Your profile, the assessment, a retake after 30 days and Vector’s Networking tools are free. If you ever want one of Vector’s paid job-search plans, prices are lower in your country.
- Do I need a computer?
- No. Everything is built for a phone. For the spoken parts of the assessment you need a microphone, and your phone has one.
- Does the assessment judge my accent?
- No. Accent is never scored. Reading aloud checks whether a caller would understand you, and your pace.
- Can I take it again?
- Yes, once for free, 30 days after your first try. It’s one sitting, timed, with questions drawn at random, so your result means the same thing to every company.
- Who sees my name?
- Only a BPO you accept, and only that one. Before that, companies see a card without your name. If you decline, that company never learns who you are.
- Is Vector my employer?
- No. The BPOs hire, and you decide which of them to talk to. Vector gives you one result every BPO here can see, and tools to find your next role.
