Outplacement services
Letting people go? Give them a real search.
Sponsor Vector for the people leaving, for a set term. Each person gets the full job search product, with an AI coach and career counselor built in. You pay $15 setup and the first month for each person you add, or only for those who accept, then only in months they use it (at least 3 per group), and their search stays theirs.
The boundary
Their search is theirs. You see enough to know it's working.
The only reason someone accepts help from the company that let them go is that it stays theirs. So what you don't see is as fixed as what you do.
What each person gets
- The full Vector job search product — the same one people pay for themselves
- An AI coach and an AI career counselor built in, there whenever they need them
- Their data stays theirs, and carries on with them when the sponsorship ends
What you see
- Who accepted the invitation
- Totals for each group you sponsor
- Outcomes across a group, with small groups withheld
- The bill
What you never see
- Their search, or the roles they go after
- The companies they target
- Their activity or sign-ins
- Whether any one person has landed
- What they did with any documents you shared
Anyone can end the sponsorship themselves, at any time, and keep everything. Nobody at your company sees any of this. With Direct Assistance, the upgrade, a person may choose a helper from your team, who sees only what that person shares.

Enough to know it’s working. Nothing more.
For each group: who was invited, who accepted, and how many have found a new role and how quickly. Any figure small enough to point at one person is withheld.
How it works
Five steps, and most of them are ours.
Step 1
Talk to us
Tell us how many people are leaving and when. We set up your company's account and invite your HR contact.
Step 2
Add the people leaving
Paste names and email addresses, or upload a CSV. Group them however suits you (by team, by date) and give each group a term of 3, 6 or 12 months. Share performance reviews or other documents for each person if your legal team approves; they stay sealed until that person accepts and chooses what Vector may use.
Step 3
Set up billing
We invoice your accounts payable, net 30, or you can pay by card. Each person's setup and first month are charged when you add them, or only when they accept: your choice. Their invitation goes out straight away once billing is in place, so nobody who accepts lands on a payment screen from the company that just let them go.
Step 4
Each person decides
They accept or decline. Someone who accepts gets Vector straight away; someone who already uses Vector gets an offer to have it paid for.
Step 5
The term ends on its own
When the term runs out the sponsorship ends and billing stops. Each person keeps their account and everything in it.
See it work
Watch what HR does, and what HR sees, in about 20 seconds.
Add the people you're letting go and choose when you pay, read the results as a group, and see what stays private, on the real product with demo data. Watch, or take over and click around; nothing you do leaves this page.
Pricing
$15 + $79 per person: setup and the first month, when you add them or as each accepts
After that, $79 only in months they use Vector, with at least 3 per group.
How you pay: Billed when people are added, or only when they accept: your choice.
- $15 setup and the first month ($79) for each person, charged when you add them, whether or not they accept, or only when each person accepts, if you prefer
- From their second month, billed only for people who use Vector during their sponsorship, with a minimum of 3 per group in a month anyone in it does
- A group where nobody uses Vector in a month costs nothing that month
- Terms of 3, 6 or 12 months, 6 unless you choose otherwise
- Invoiced to your accounts payable, net 30, or paid by card
- Everything in Vector is included, the AI coach and career counselor too
- Anyone can end their sponsorship early, and billing for them stops

Questions
What HR usually asks first.
- What is outplacement?
- Support a company pays for, to help the people it lets go find their next role. With Vector that support is the full job search product, with an AI coach and career counselor built in, for a term you choose.
- Is human coaching included?
- No. Vector includes an AI coach and an AI career counselor that know each person's search and are there whenever they need them. Human coaching isn't part of the program; with Direct Assistance, people on your own HR or Recruiting team can help those who want a helper. Anyone who wants a human coach can choose one from Vector's Coach Network; the coach bills them separately.
- We already work with an outplacement provider. Do we have to switch?
- No. If you already work with an outplacement provider, Vector can run beside it: their coaches coach, and Vector does the search work between sessions. Each person's search stays private either way, and you see who accepted and group totals.
- What does it cost?
- $15 setup and the first month ($79) per person, when you add them or as each accepts; after that, $79 only in months they use Vector, with at least 3 per group. The setup and first month are charged when you add someone, whether or not they accept, or, if you prefer, only when each person accepts, so nobody who never accepts costs anything. Either way they aren't refunded. After that you pay only for months a person uses Vector during their sponsorship, over a term of 3, 6 or 12 months, and nothing for a group in a month nobody in it does. We invoice your accounts payable, net 30, or you can pay by card. There's no free trial.
- Can we share performance reviews or other documents?
- Yes. Share performance reviews or other documents for each person if your legal team approves; they stay sealed until that person accepts and chooses what Vector may use. Nobody reads them before then. Anything the person doesn't choose is deleted, and so is everything if they don't accept. You won't see which they used.
- Will we see how each person's search is going?
- No. You see who accepted the invitation, totals for each group, and outcomes across a group. Those are withheld when a group is small enough that a number would point at one person. You never see anyone's search, the companies they target, their activity, or whether any one person has landed. With Direct Assistance, the upgrade, a person may choose a helper from your team, who then sees only what that person shares.
- Can our own HR or Recruiting team help the people leaving?
- Yes, with Direct Assistance, the upgrade: $119 per person per month in place of $79, with helper seats included. People on your HR or Recruiting team become helpers, each with a caseload of people who chose to have one. A helper sees only what that person shares, and they can stop at any time; everyone else at your company sees totals only. Every helper action is recorded, and you get a report of the help given. See the Direct Assistance page.
- Can someone say no, or stop early?
- Yes. Accepting is their choice, and anyone can end the sponsorship at any time from their own settings and keep everything. Your roster still shows them as having accepted, so stopping early tells you nothing about their search.
- What happens when the term ends?
- The sponsorship ends on its own and billing for that person stops. They keep their account and everything in it, and can carry on with Vector on their own if they choose.
- What if someone already uses Vector?
- They get an offer inside Vector to have their company pay for it for the term. It's theirs to accept or decline.
- How do we get started?
- Email sales@vectorjsos.ai. We set up your company's account and billing (an invoice to your accounts payable, or a card), your HR contact adds the people leaving, and the invitations go out.
