Vector Global Talent for BPOs
Verified offshore and nearshore talent, across every site.
Everyone on the verified bench took the same assessment, on a phone, timed, scored the same way. Search it across your sites in Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico and El Salvador, run a pipeline per client account, and see who is still working at day 90.
The bench
One verified bench, across every site.
People who took the Vector Assessment and agreed to share, in the countries where your sites are, as anonymous cards with their level, band and typing.
- Search by site, city or work from home, language and minimum level, band, typing speed, channel, shift, kind of work, industry and start date
- Ranked best match first, with the reason on every card: “C1 English, 62 wpm, night shift, 18 months telco”
- Not only call-center agents: technical support, SDRs and closers, account managers, collections, back office and AI data work
- Express interest for a client account’s pipeline in one click
The Vector Assessment
What it measures, and what it never does.
About 25 minutes on a phone, taken once and seen by every BPO here, so a candidate doesn’t sit a different test for each of you.
Listen and respond
A customer’s message, answered out loud: comprehension and spoken response.
Role-play call
A short call with an AI customer who has a real problem: handling, empathy, clarity, resolution.
Read aloud
Whether a caller would understand, and the pace. Accent is never scored.
Chat and email
A chat and an email answered in writing: grammar, tone, accuracy, completeness.
Typing
Sixty seconds, timed by the server; pasting is blocked and caught.
Never accent
Whether a caller would understand is what matters. Accent is not a dimension anywhere in the scoring.
Bands you hire by
- Ready for voice
- Phone work: spoken English a caller understands, and a call handled end to end.
- Ready for chat and email
- Written support: clear, accurate, complete replies, at speed.
- Ready for back office
- Processing work with no customer contact: accuracy and typing.
- Building toward a band
- With a free path to Ready for each gap, so they come back stronger.
With an English level (A2 to C2), and typing speed and accuracy.
Why the result holds
- One sitting, about 25 minutes, on the server’s clock
- Items drawn at random from a bank, so two people rarely see the same set
- Spoken sections must be spoken; there is no typing instead
- Every rating quotes the candidate’s own answer as evidence, or it doesn’t count
- One free retake, 30 days after the first, or 14 after finishing the free practice path
Pipelines
From interest to day 90, per client account.
The proof is who is still working at ninety days, by assessment band. Every pipeline tracks it.
Step 1
A pipeline per client account
One per client account and site: seats, start date and requirements (languages and minimum level, typing, channels, shifts, kind of work, industry).
Step 2
Anonymous until they accept
Express interest and the person sees your company’s name. Their name and email reach you only when they press Accept, and only you. If they decline, you never learn who they were.
Step 3
Hired, started, day 90
Move people through interview, offer and hire. Mark them started, and day 90 opens ninety days later: retention on every pipeline, by assessment band.
Why anonymous helps you
People in work today can be on the bench without being named to anyone they haven’t chosen. That is the part of the market a job ad rarely reaches, and they are on your bench because nobody learns their name until they say yes.
Seat requests
Hiring companies bring you seat demand.
A company posts the seats it needs (“40 bilingual tier-1 chat seats, US Eastern hours”). Where your verified bench can fill them, you see the request and how many of your people meet it. Say you’re interested; the company is named once it asks for an introduction, and Vector introduces you. Seat work always goes through a BPO: Vector never places agents with the hiring company.
Sites and recruiters
Many sites, one company.
Every site under one account. Your admin invites recruiters and decides which sites each covers; a recruiter sees only those sites’ bench, pipelines and seat requests. Vector sets up your company, your sites and your first admin with you.
See it work

Questions
What BPOs ask first.
- Where is the talent?
- Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico and El Salvador, in the cities where BPOs have sites, and people who work from home. Your bench is the people in the countries where your sites are.
- Who is on the bench?
- People who took the Vector Assessment and agreed to share their card with BPOs. You can include people who haven’t taken it yet, marked as not assessed.
- Does the assessment judge accent?
- No. Read aloud scores whether a caller would understand and the pace. Accent is never a dimension.
- When do we see a candidate’s name?
- When they accept your interest. Until then you see their card: country and city, languages, level and band, typing, shifts, kinds of work, experience and when they can start.
- Can recruiters see only their own sites?
- Yes. Your admin decides which sites each recruiter covers. A recruiter sees only those sites’ bench, pipelines and seat requests.
- How do seat requests work?
- A hiring company posts the seats it needs. Where your verified bench can fill them, you see the request and how many people on your bench meet it. The company is named once it asks for an introduction. Seat work always goes through a BPO.
- What does it cost?
- Talk to us. We agree pricing with each BPO when it joins.
