Post a seat request
“40 bilingual tier-1 chat seats, US Eastern hours, starting in six weeks.” Add the languages and minimum level, channels, shifts, kind of work, industry, and the countries you prefer, if any.
Step 2
See which BPOs can fill it
Vector matches the request as you post it, to BPOs whose verified bench meets every requirement. For each: its sites, and how many verified people that is. A count, never a person.
Step 3
Ask for an introduction
Choose the BPOs you want to talk to and Vector introduces you. You contract with the BPO, and record the seats in Vector.
The channel rule
Seat work always goes through a BPO.
Vector never places agents with you directly. The BPO hires, runs the seats at its sites, and answers to you for them. What Vector adds is the evidence before you choose: which BPOs have people who took the Vector Assessment and meet every requirement, how many, and where their sites are.
Bench depth counts people in Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico and El Salvador, in the countries where each BPO has a site. Every BPO is told the request without your name until you ask to be introduced.
